Cancellation Policy

- Before Shipment or Production: Orders can be canceled before they are shipped or produced.
- Within 24 Hours: No cancellation fee if the order is canceled within 24 hours of placement.
- After 24 Hours: Orders canceled after 24 hours but not shipped will incur a transaction fee for refunds (3.6% for credit card and PayPal users, 2.99% for Klarna users).
- After Shipment: Orders cannot be canceled once they are shipped.

- Return Eligibility: Items must be unopened, unactivated, in new condition, and in original packaging with all components.
